Part 5. Location: Citadel
Have you ever wondered what’s the history of one of this worlds biggest structures? This time we’re paying a visit to the Citadel, one of the biggest buildings, holding many secrets.
Veiled in darkness and washed by perpetual storm, the Citadel. A Cavernous building, surrounded by nothing but wastelands. From time to time you can see it in the distance, lit up by lightning striking near it.
Many years ago a group of heroes made it their goal, to reach and investigate the Citadel. They ventured forth through the broken terrain, it was a challenge even for the strongest of the group. They walked and walked for days, to no avail. Never truly moving closer, sometimes they noticed repeated features in the terrain and thought they were moving in circles, lost in the vast wasteland.
After trying to reach the Citadel, without success for days, the group decided to retreat back to the Sacred Oak and then back to Valia, bringing tales of a building so large and far away that it cannot be reached. The Citadel, to this day stands untouched, holding great secrets within its walls.
